What is the right to correction?

You will have the right to obtain from WealthMastery the correction of the inaccurate personal data that concerns you. What is the right to limitation of processing?

You will have the right to obtain from WealthMastery the limitation of the processing your data when any of the following conditions is met:

When you have challenged the accuracy of your personal data, during the period that allows WealthMastery to verify the accuracy of the same.
In the event that you consider that the processing is illegal and WealthMastery has opposed the deletion of personal data and you instead request the limitation of its use.
When WealthMastery no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing them, but you need them for the purposes of submission, exercise or defense of claims.
In the event that you have objected to the processing, while it is being verified whether WealthMastery legitimate reasons prevail over yours.

When you have obtained the limitation of the processing in accordance with this section, you will be informed by WealthMastery before the lifting of said limitation.

WealthMastery will communicate any correction or deletion of personal data or limitation of processing to each of the recipients to whom the personal data have been communicated, unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate effort. In cases where it is necessary for the conclusion or execution of a contract and/or is based on consent, WealthMastery will adopt the appropriate measures to safeguard your rights and freedoms and your legitimate interests, granting you, as a minimum, the right to obtain human intervention by WealthMastery, as well as to express your point of view and to appeal the decision.

Release, Indemnity, Limitation of Liability

a. To the furthest extent allowable by law:

i. You release and indemnify WealthMastery, Online Trading Profits, our employees, servants, agents and service providers from any and all claims, actions, suits, proceedings, liabilities, damages, losses, compensation, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever in any way arising out of or resulting from your attendance or participation in the Program including, without limitation, any and all claims, actions, and liabilities for injury, loss or damage to you, anyone else or to any property, unless the same was caused by our gross negligence and recoverable on that ground following judgment of a competent court of final jurisdiction;

ii. WealthMastery and Online Trading Profits exclude all terms, conditions and warranties implied by custom, usage, general law or statute;

iii. In any event, WealthMastery and Online Trading Profits limit our total liability to you for all claims whatsoever (whether arising in contract, tort, statute or otherwise) for loss or damage suffered by you in relation to the performance of the Program to the total amount actually paid by you for this Program, and;

iv. In any event, WealthMastery and Online Trading Profits exclude all liability for any consequential damage (including but not limited to, lost revenue or lost profit) suffered by you in any way relating to the Program or your exercise of rights.
